Great, well I fucked that up properly. I tried to open it in a new window (which I might add, it did anyway), and then it told me that I can only access it from within the blogger application that I could go fuck myself now if I wanted to take their survery. Trying to open from within only got me to the blogger homepage. I fucked it up, just like how I fuck up everything else I do.
